SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders ship from our Chatham, Massachusetts location.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours), excluding weekends and holidays.

During busy seasons, promotions, holidays, or severe weather events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship orders using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and other delivery providers as needed.

Shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on carrier projections and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• High shipping volume
• Holidays
• Service interruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

DELAYED PACKAGES

While we are always happy to assist customers with locating packages, Sundance Clothing cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules and is not responsible for transit delays that occur after a package has left our store.

If your tracking information shows delays while the package is in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date delivery information.

LOST PACKAGES

Most orders ship with insurance.

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue. When applicable, Sundance Clothing will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Please note that carriers require a waiting period before a package can officially be declared lost. Once that period has passed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally not considered lost and may require additional investigation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
